Oil Resistant Rubber Plugs - FP-SH SERIES

Purpose
Oil Resistant Rubber Flangeless Plugs are designed to plug threaded holes; they will mask off the hole and can cover a portion of the top thread of the hole to allow coating up to the threads. Made of Nitrile-Butadiene Rubber.

How the product is used
The plug is is applied by pushing the tapered ribbed end of the plug into the threaded hole. It can be “screwed” in, but the profile of the plug is not a thread. The plug can be used on plain bores, but on those, we would recommend the GN or BN series of plugs.

The plug is removed by pulling on the handle.

Maximum temperature 250°F (121°C)
